We amplify the power of our 3.5+ million members and supporters to defend everyone's right to a healthy world.' Their Marine Team is a Grassroots Network National Issue Team, authorized to act on behalf of the Sierra Club on issues that typically involve federal legislation, rules, or proposed actions by federal agencies affecting more than one Chapter.
