Description
CPAWS has been advocating for Marine Protected Areas in Canada for more than 20 years. Their mission for Canada’s ocean is quite simply 'more MPAs, better MPAs and MPAs in the right places'. Individual chapters work with Indigenous and local communities to get MPAs and MPA networks established in Canada’s ocean, and to ensure that they are strongly protected and well-managed.
